Gargantua
This hulking monster is one of the true terrors of the subterranean lands.
It is utterly insane, and equipped with a tiny glimpse of intelligence, which
commands it to pound everything it encounters into a pulp. Gargantuas roam
the caverns and dungeons of Agon, mindlessly attacking anything that does not
flee quickly enough.
The arms of the gargantua end in massive, stone-like clubs with which it
hammers opponents. They are square-shaped and resemble outsized hammerheads
made of organic stone, but are split in two, allowing the gargantua to adjust
the angle of the outermost half of its hammer-hand.
The gargantua is an insane killer, who instantly attacks any living creature
it sees. The gargantua charges mindlessly, and continues hammering until its
prey stops moving. Gargantuas use no tactics of any kind, and never retreat,
no matter how insurmountable the odds.
